Most people with simple legal problems don't have a clue as to how to fill out the standard Judical Council forms necessary to bring their case to court.
I have developed Paralegal on Disk¬ modules to allow people who know nothing about legal forms or the law to complete these needed standard forms. Paralegal on Disk modules are designed in the FileMaker ¿ Pro database, but do not need the FileMaker Pro application to operate.
Paralegal on Disk modules take the user on a page by page interview, similar to tax preparation software. After the user answers all of the questions, they simply click the pring button, and their forms are complete, ready to file with the court.
To try demo:
Double-click on the "Small Claims Pro¬ Solution" icon and follow the screen directions. The first password is demo, and the second password is demo. All demonstration modules have "VOID - DEMONSTRATION MODULE" on all printing layouts, and may not be used to file an actual Small Claims Court case.
Note: the automatic Municipal Court feature only works for Los Angeles Municipal Courts. Later revisions will have a printout for all of the Municipal Courts in California.

Future releases will cover the most commonly used Family Law forms used, such as Order to Show Cause, Property Declaration, and a formset for a Summary Divorce. If you would like me to design a form generation package on a custom basis, please contact me.
